Inviting all Waterloo Presbytery Youth and their Leaders to a "Youth Gathering".
For youth Grade 7 through high school.
Sunday, November 21, 4:00pm - 8:00pm
At Elora United Church (in Elora)
Cost? $5.00/each for food costs
We will play some large group games, eat pizza supper, and worship God together.
Youth from Elora United and Melville United (Fergus) are leading the worship time.
We would like leaders/adults to come and participate with the youth. However, if an adult can not stay with the youth from your church, please provide appropriate emergency information to us when the youth arrrive.
This youth gathering is in response to a dream some of us youth leaders had of bringing our youth together a few times a year. We hope other churches will take an interest in hosting a similar youth gathering in the future. If you can not attend this time but would like to know of future activities, please send me your contact info.
Also, if you are a youth and/or children's leader (paid or volunteer) and would like to occasionally meet with other such leaders within Waterloo presbytery to share ideas and encourage each other, please send me your contact info. We already have an informal group of us that meet a few times a year.
If you know ahead of time that you are bringing some youth, please let me know (helps with planning food etc)
But if you decide at the last minute, please just come!
