Sr. Maureen Wild, SC will be presenting a lecture on Thursday, June 17at 7:30, at Loyola House at the Ignatius Jesuit Centre.
Sr. Maureen is an international lecturer, educator and retreat guide.
Her reflection will draw from personal experience, study and contemplation and from three Christian mystics:
from the wisdom of Passionist monk and geologian, Thomas Berry (1914-2009),
from the Earth-centered mysticism of Benedictine nun, Hildegard of Bingen (1098-1179),
and from the vision of Jesuit paleontologist, Pierre Teilhard de Chardin (1881-1955).
The talk is sponsored by the Guelph Seminar and the Sacred Wisdom Centre.
Registration for the lecture will take place at the door. The cost is $10.00 per person.
