Guest speaker: Laura McShane, from the Canadian Mental Health Association. The evening will feature a panel of people, some of whom have been diagnosed with depression, and others who are, or have been, caregivers. Light refreshments will be served. The Youth Group is hosting Air Bands/Karaoke. Youth in grades 5 through 8 are welcome to join the fun.
